Breath Therapy
Single Sessions
The clients experience themselves through the hands of the practitioner. The breath is perceived with care and attentiveness. Blockages are freed through touch, stretching and pressure points.
Stress, tenseness dissolves, reasons are clarified. Awareness grows for ones own identity, essential qualities come to the surface.
Group Sessions
Here ,as well, is the easing of tenseness, the reducing of stress and the knowledge of our own structures our main aim. Through voice and movement the breath gets its own expression. Important is what happens in the inner being. Movement and voice reduce the stress of everyday life, space is given to the essentials which come to the foreground.
